Building trust in the hardest category.

Legal AI is the hardest place to build trust. The audience is trained to spot weak arguments and weaker brands. Donblas.AI needed a brand the legal industry would take seriously and a product family that operators could actually use. One studio. One creative direction. Brand, website, and three working products from the same source.

Authority that an associate would actually open.

I led brand and website end-to-end: tone, copy, visuals, aesthetic, and creative direction. The brand had to hold two contradictory truths at once. Authoritative enough to land in front of a partner. Accessible enough that a junior associate would actually open the email.

Authority and accessibility, applied across website copy, product UI, and sales materials. One voice across every surface, regardless of audience.
Visual Aesthetic
Restrained, editorial, built to age well in a category that ages fast. The visual system reads as legal-grade, not Silicon Valley-grade.
Website Copy & Content
Long-form positioning that reads like a point of view, not a pitch. Designed to be quoted by a senior partner who didn't write it.
Creative Direction
Photography, illustration, and motion direction documented for cross-team use. Anyone on the team can ship on-brand without a creative review.

Three products. One design system.

I designed three core products that share one design system: Trial Trainer, Outcome Predictor, and the 547 tool. Different audiences, different jobs, one coherent visual and interaction language. Built to ship fast, hold up under stress, and scale across the product family without rebuilding from scratch.

Trial Trainer
UI/UX for an AI-assisted trial preparation environment. The interface has to disappear into the work in high-cognitive-load moments. Designed for clarity under pressure.
Outcome Predictor
UI/UX for a probability and outcome modeling tool. Translates statistical complexity into something a working attorney can act on in under thirty seconds.
547 Tool
Platform design for the 547 tool. Built on the same design system foundation, tuned to the workflow and audience specific to its use case.
Unified Design System
One design system underpins all three products: tokens, components, interaction patterns, and accessibility rules. Every product inherits the brand and the platform foundation by default.

Built into the same 10-phase framework.

Donblas slotted into the same brand and creative operating system running across the rest of the portfolio. Foundation, Visual Identity, Voice, and Digital Presence on the brand side. Design tokens, components, and interaction patterns on the platform side. Same documentation, same scoring rubric, same hand-off protocols. The work isn't a one-off. It's installed.

Reusable UI components built once, used across every product surface. Accessibility rules baked in, not bolted on.
Hand-off Protocols
Documented hand-offs between design, engineering, and content. The system is portable across the team, not stuck in my head.
