Creative, brand, and marketing as infrastructure, not decoration.

I treat brand and creative as a system that can be designed, documented, and installed, not a series of bespoke, one-off projects. The thinking is the product. Everything else is evidence it works.

The 10-phase operating system.

Foundation through scale: positioning, visual identity, voice, digital presence, MarTech, audience and channel strategy, launch, demand gen, investor readiness, and governance. Every phase has defined inputs, outputs, and costed deliverables. Currently running across four companies at four different growth stages.

AI as pipeline, not novelty.

Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, and Adobe Firefly aren't tools I use. They're stages in a pipeline I designed, with documented hand-offs between generative output, human craft, and production QA. The pipeline runs across multiple brands simultaneously, because the process was built to be portable.

Built to outlive me.

The work I'm proudest of is the work that holds up after I step back. Design systems that travel without a tour guide. Brand frameworks that stay consistent in someone else's hands. Documentation good enough to be implemented, not just admired.
